We use a product called Ghost by Symantec, argueably the best cloning program out there.
Symantec Ghost makes complete, reliable backups of PC drives, including
applications and critical data. Administrators can choose to deploy entire
operating systems, application packages, user "personalities," network
configuration settings, or incremental backups. With the Ghost Client
installed, there's no need to visit the target PC in order to conduct
routine deployment or maintenance.
Imaging is .04 - .10 cents per mb, add $15.00 for a bootable image. The price refers
to the anount of used space.
