International Sales and Shipping Terms and Conditions


MoyNetworks is an experienced, global- friendly seller that prides itself on quality, integrity, and a solid partnership with its customers. The terms and conditions detailed below were developed to ensure that you are aware of, and in agreement with, our international sales and shipping process, terms, and conditions. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are informed and that we are meeting mutally agreeable expectations.

Terms of Sale

  • International Buyers with less than 5 Feedback MUST email us, before bidding
  • PayPal payments are required for International Orders with the exception of Canada
  • Both Credit Cards and PayPal payments are accepted from Canadian Buyers
  • Your phone number is ALWAYS required for the customs form (NO SALES CALLS)
  • Items can NOT be marked as a “GIFT” under any circumstances
  • Any Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Import Fees are the Buyer's Responsibility
  • We reserve the right to reject any International Order for Any Reason
  • All information obtained from any sale is kept PRIVATE

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • We ship via USPS (only) for international orders, UNLESS you have your own carrier
  • We will ship on YOUR UPS, FedEx, or DHL Account
  • If items are shipped on your account, then your Tax ID, VAT, or Tariffs number is required

Insurance Terms and Conditions

  • Insurance is available (but optional), at an additional fee
  • Buyers are charged the same insurance rate that we are quoted – there are no add-on costs to the insurance premium
  • We use USPS and 3rd party carriers for insurance
  • We will work with you to address a shipping-related insurance claim, but please be aware that we are subject to the insurance carrier’s process for resolving claims
  • If you choose not to purchase insurance, MoyNetworks is NOT responsible for any delayed, lost, rifled or stolen items

About Our Shipping Process

  • All items are packed carefully with highly protective packing materials
  • We Complete the Customs Form with the address provided with your PayPal payment
  • All packages are hand-delivered to a local United States Post Office for shipping
  • All packages are scanned into the USPS System as proof of shipment
  • Each Package will be scanned into the USPS System as proof of shipment
  • You Will be provided with a Delivery Confirmation Number

  • Priority Flat Rate Envelope (Usually 6 to 10 days) Cannot be Traced or Insured
  • Priority Flat Rate Box (Usually 6 to 10 days)
  • Express (Usually 3 to 5 days)

Tracking

  • You will be provided with a "Delivery Confirmation" (DC) number
  • While the DC is referred to as a tracking number, it does NOT work the same way
  • Updates during transit
  • DC is update every 24 Hours with any changes or alerts
  • DC is proof of shipment and proof of delivery
  • DC works with about 90% of the world's countries, some do NOT support it
  • DC is update every 24 Hours with any changes or alerts
  • This is the ONLY service the USPS Offers for tracking (besides Express Mail)
